All the content featured or displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software ("Content"), is owned by 24Bottles Società Benefit S.r.l., its licensors and/or its content providers. All elements of the Site including, but not limited to, the general design and the content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.
Except as explicitly permitted under this or another agreement with 24Bottles Società Benefit S.r.l., no portion or element of the Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means and the Site, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of 24Bottles Società Benefit S.r.l. or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed.
WARRANTY
24Bottles promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable. Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the product.
Worn parts, dents, scratches, and chipped paint are not grounds for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they result from normal use of the product. Intentional damage and improper use of the product may void the warranty. Any deformation or defect resulting from placing the products in the freezer or dishwasher will void the warranty. Only uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher safe.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Improper use of the product
- Unauthorized modifications to the product
- Wear resulting from normal use
- Accidental damages, such as those resulting from impacts or falls

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you're not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with our Support Team within 14 days of receiving your order. We would be pleased to offer you our advice and the best assistance in the matter.

SHIPMENT ACROSS ITALY
Shipping costs will appear during the checkout process. The parcel will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the payment's verification. International Shipping Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches the destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the receiver and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment. It will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping location. Usually, it takes from 48 to 72 hours to deliver.
You should provide your private or company address (we do not ship to Packstations).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
When ordering on www.24bottles.com, the customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country. 24Bottles has no control over these charges, nor can 24Bottles predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled exclusively by the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If the recipient refuses to pay for customs duties and avoids the order's delivery, 24Bottles will arrange a partial refund that will never include shipping fees (even if originally offered by 24Bottles) and any other additional charge applied by the customs (read more here).

INVOICING REQUESTS
Please contact us at 24Bottles.com for sharing your VAT and/or tax code; you will then receive your invoice by email (if you are based outside Italy).
If you are based in Italy, we invite you to share with us your Codice univoco SDI.

If you make a purchase with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. Please note that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.
