ACCEPTANCE
By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have full legal capacity and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
24Bottles reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site at the time the order is placed shall apply to that order.
PRODUCTS
24Bottles undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding product descriptions, specifications, images and prices.
Images, drawings and photographs displayed on the Site, including photographic images and digital renderings, are provided for illustrative purposes only and are intended to represent the product as accurately as possible.
Any non-substantial differences between the product displayed and the product delivered, including differences in colour, finish, texture or packaging, which may result from photographic techniques, digital rendering, screen display settings or production batches, shall not be considered defects or grounds for claims.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except as explicitly permitted under this or another agreement with 24Bottles Società Benefit S.r.l., no portion or element of the Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted by any means, and the Site, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of 24Bottles Società Benefit S.r.l. or its licensors, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
ORDERS
Before completing an Order, the Customer must carefully read the information provided on the Site and correctly fill in all mandatory fields required to process the Order. The personal data provided must be accurate, complete and up to date.
24Bottles reserves the right to refuse Orders for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer;
- Suspected fraudulent activity;
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors;
- Impossibility of delivery to the destination indicated by the Customer.
The total amount due, including the price of the products and any applicable shipping costs, will be charged to the selected payment method once the Order has been completed and approved.
Discount codes, where valid, must be correctly entered and applied at checkout. When properly applied, the relevant discount is deducted from the total amount before payment confirmation and is shown in detail during the checkout process. Discount codes that are not correctly entered or applied at the time of purchase cannot be refunded, reissued or applied retroactively.
Upon receipt of the Order, 24Bottles will send an email confirming receipt of the Order to the email address provided at purchase. The sales contract between 24Bottles and the Customer is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation that the Order has been shipped.
The Shipping Confirmation Email shall include the essential details of the Order, including the list and price of the purchased products, coupon codes, shipping costs, delivery address and a unique order identification number.
The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information contained in the Order Confirmation Email and must promptly notify 24Bottles of any errors before the Order is dispatched.
Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer may be charged to the Customer.
Requests to modify or cancel the order after dispatching may be considered by 24Bottles but cannot be guaranteed. Once the Order has been processed or handed over to the courier, delivery details can no longer be modified.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Detailed information regarding shipping times and delivery conditions is available in the Delivery & Returns Policy.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days following payment verification. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicative only. Estimated delivery times refer to the standard transit period after shipment and do not constitute a binding commitment or guarantee of a specific delivery date.
24Bottles shall not be liable for delays arising from the carrier’s handling, operational timelines or logistics practices, nor for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Deliveries are made exclusively to private or company addresses.
Deliveries to Packstations or similar automated collection points are not available. Delivery services may be suspended or restricted to certain countries or territories where international regulations, sanctions, carrier limitations or other circumstances beyond the control of 24Bottles prevent the safe and reliable execution of shipments.
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, including sales campaigns or public Italian holidays.
24Bottles shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer.
Delivery is deemed completed when the products are delivered to the address specified in the Order.
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the Customer (including absence of the recipient, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery), 24Bottles reserves the right to terminate the contract and issue a refund excluding:
- Shipping costs;
- Any additional logistics or return expenses incurred.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify the condition of the package and its contents. Any visible damage must be reported promptly to Customer Support and supported by photographic evidence.
INVOICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for Orders may be made using credit and debit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay), as well as through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Scalapay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on the Customer’s country or checkout configuration.
24Bottles already pay the VAT directly to the destination, through The OSS Regime for EU online stores, if applicable. Customers requiring an invoice must provide their VAT number and/or tax identification code together with complete and accurate invoicing details.
For customers based in Italy, the Codice Univoco SDI or Fiscal Code must be provided at the time of purchase to receive the electronic invoice in compliance with Italian tax regulations.
For customers based outside Italy, the invoice request must include the VAT number (where applicable), full company details and the relevant order number.
Invoice requests submitted after shipment of the Order may not be processed due to accounting and tax compliance requirements.
Invoices are generally issued within 5 (five) working days from receipt of complete and correct invoicing information.

TAXES & DUTIES
For Orders delivered outside the European Union, the recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
Import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes and any other charges related to the importation of the goods are exclusively borne by the recipient.
Such charges are distinct from shipping costs and are not controlled or collected by 24Bottles.
The fact that shipping costs may have been offered free of charge does not affect the recipient’s obligation to pay any applicable import duties, taxes or customs-related charges.
The recipient acknowledges that customs authorities or local carriers may issue invoices or payment requests for import duties, taxes or related charges even after the goods have been delivered. The recipient remains solely responsible for the payment of such charges, regardless of when they are invoiced or requested.
In the event that the recipient refuses to pay the applicable import duties or taxes and the shipment is returned or abandoned, 24Bottles reserves the right to issue a partial refund excluding:
- Original shipping costs (even where initially offered free of charge);
- Any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees or other charges incurred.
24Bottles shall not be held liable for delays, additional costs, or administrative actions resulting from customs procedures.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Without prejudice to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right provided under applicable consumer protection law, 24Bottles voluntarily grants an extended withdrawal period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify 24Bottles in accordance with the procedure indicated in the Returns & Refunds Policy available on the Site. An incorrect or incomplete Return Form may prevent the approval of the return request.
Given that 24Bottles products are intended for contact with food and beverages, 24Bottles reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the internal condition of bottles, containers or other returned items in order to verify compliance with hygiene and return requirements.
In the event of a partial return, the refund shall be limited to the price actually paid for the returned product(s), taking into account any promotional discounts or reductions applied to the original Order. Promotional codes or discounts used for the purchase shall not be reactivated, refunded or reissued following a return, whether partial or total.
24Bottles does not offer product exchanges in the context of voluntary returns. This limitation does not apply to cases covered by the legal or commercial warranty, where replacement of defective products may be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Returned products must:
- Not be customised or personalised;
- Be unused and unwashed, in their original condition;
- Be returned with original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
If a returned product is found not compliant with the above conditions, 24Bottles reserves the right to:
- Refuse the refund;
- Deduct any loss in value resulting from improper handling;
- Charge any additional shipping cost for the reshipment
If the product is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale, 24Bottles may return the product to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
Free return shipping may be available only in selected countries and under specific conditions, as detailed in the Delivery & Returns Policy. Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations, environmental impact considerations and operational constraints, 24Bottles is not able to guarantee free returns worldwide.
Where free return shipping is available, a return label and detailed return instructions will be provided within 5 (five) business days from approval of the return request.
Where free return shipping is not available, the Customer shall return the products at their own expense.
For returns shipped from countries outside the European Union or remote areas, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the shipment is sent free of customs duties, taxes or import charges for the recipient. Any customs duties, taxes or clearance fees applied to the return shipment may result in refusal of delivery or deduction from the refund amount.
Failure to comply with these return shipping requirements may prevent 24Bottles from receiving and processing the return, and may result in the impossibility of issuing a refund.

WARRANTY
24Bottles reserves the right to examine the product before processing any warranty claim. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase (such as receipt, order reference or order confirmation) or adequate evidence of the reported defect may prevent the claim from being processed under warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing and assembly defects that affect the structural integrity or proper functioning of the product under normal and intended use, including defects that:
- Affect the structural integrity of the product;
- Prevent the product from performing its intended function under normal and proper use;
- Result from faults in materials or production processes.
Claims relating to damage occurring during transport must be submitted within 5 (five) working days from receipt of the goods and must be supported by clear photographic evidence of both the product and the external packaging as received.
The warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:
- Improper use or handling, including accidental impacts, unauthorized alterations, use contrary to the intended purpose of the product, or failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided on theSite;
- Normal wear and aesthetic deterioration, including dents, scratches, chipped paint, surface marks, stains or residue buildup resulting from regular use or inadequate cleaning, as well as deterioration of consumable components such as silicone gaskets (spare parts are available for purchase on www.24bottles.com);
- Improper storage or cleaning conditions, including placement in the freezer, incorrect dishwasher use, or use of cleaning methods not suitable for the materials of the product.
Products made of polypropylene (PP), Tritan™, silicone, and uncoated Brushed Steel can be washed in the dishwasher (upper rack recommended only). Coated or painted finishes must be hand washed to preserve their surface treatments.
This commercial warranty does not affect the statutory rights of consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data provided by Customers through the Site shall be processed by 24Bottles Società Benefit S.r.l., as Data Controller, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Personal data is processed for purposes related to the management and fulfilment of Orders, payment processing, customer support, invoicing, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, marketing activities carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and any contract concluded through the Site shall be governed by Italian law.
However, if the Customer is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or professional activity (consumer) and is habitually resident in a Member State of the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of that Member State shall also apply, where applicable.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms:
- if the Customer is a consumer, shall be submitted to the competent court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, in accordance with Regulation(EU) No 1215/2012;
- if the Customer is acting for purposes related to a trade, business or professional activity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna, Italy.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, Consumers resident in the European Union are informed that they may access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at the following link:

The ODR platform provides a means for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online sales or service contracts.
