Returns and Refunds
You can return one or more products within 30 days of delivery. For purchases made in our stores in Rome and Milan, visit the store with proof of purchase or contact us via chat on 24Bottles.com for assistance.
Return the product:
- in its original packaging;
- not washed or used;
- not personalized.
FREE RETURNS from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy (including San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain.
Fill out the returnform, indicating the order number, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return, attaching photos of the item (inside and outside).
If your request is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions and a prepaid label.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after the return is verified and are usually completed within 5 business days (times may vary depending on the payment method). If you prefer, you can also opt for a voucher to use on 24Bottles.com or in our Flagship Stores in Rome and Milan.
If you paid for standard shipping and decide to return the entire order, the refund/voucher will also include the shipping costs.
The refund will not include any "non-standard" shipping costs, such as taxes and customs fees.
24Bottles will not be held responsible for any returns made without authorization from our Support Team.
