Applicable Requirements
The accessibility requirements for products and services are established under Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882.
Services are deemed accessible when they can be provided and information can be used without discrimination, including by individuals who, due to disabilities, require assistive technologies or specific configurations.

Operability
Our interactive elements, such as forms and navigation menus, are largely operable via keyboard. -
Understandability
We use clear and plain language to describe our products and services. Our site navigation is structured in a clear and intuitive manner. -
Robustness
The website is primarily developed using standardized, accessibility-optimized, and tested components. During development, we apply testing criteria derived from WCAG to ensure compatibility across browsers and assistive technologies. Description of How the Service Meets Relevant Accessibility Requirements
At present, the service substantially meets the accessibility requirements set forth by Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, in particular with regard to:
- keyboard navigability for most essential functionalities (search, product selection, cart, and account areas);
- descriptive alternative text for many product images and functional icons;
- consistent semantic structure within the HTML code and the use of standard components compatible with assistive technologies;
- hierarchical and linear content structure designed to facilitate screen reader navigation;
- progressive consistency of color contrast and font sizing to enhance readability;
- partial implementation of WCAG 2.1 (Level AA) principles, focusing on perceivability, operability, and understandability.
Some requirements are still being implemented, specifically regarding:
- replicability of the user experience on mobile devices;
- technical validation of interactive forms, particularly within authentication and payment processes;
- full screen reader accessibility for promotional sections and advanced search filters.
To address these areas, a technical remediation process has been initiated and completed by a multidisciplinary team including frontend developers, external accessibility specialists, and digital content reviewers. The remediation work aligns the code with the harmonized standard EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA, in accordance with Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022.
The website will be monitored regularly, including through external audits, to ensure full compliance with applicable requirements and to continually enhance accessibility for all users, with or without disabilities.

However, certain third-party tools or software integrated into the website may not be fully accessible, and such components were neither developed nor directly controlled by the website owner.
