Ten years after the foundation of 24Bottles, we opened our first Flagship Stores in Rome and Milan.We wanted to give a face to the brand and fully connect with our Community.
Our stores are created as inspiring spaces designed for our Community and all the activities preferred by its members.
The 24Bottles Stores reflect the same principles we use when designing our products: we think about people first.
You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.

MILAN, ROME AND THE ICONIC DESIGN OF 24BOTTLES
"Just like our bottles' iconic design, our Flagship Stores are located next to two iconic Italian places, renowned in the world: the Milan Cathedral and the Spanish Steps in Rome", said Matteo Melotti, co-founder of 24Bottles."We designed our stores to welcome our Community. After years of brand growth, the time has come to offer the 24Bottles experience at 360 degrees and get ready to celebrate our tenth anniversary in 2023", added Giovanni Randazzo, co-founder of 24Bottles.
WHAT'S INSIDE? A STORY!
24Bottles is the story of a generation that manages to see the extent of the problem and change the game's rules. We wanted to share the story of our evolution and make it a journey that can entertain the little ones, inspire young people and accompany adults to discover the 24Bottles World with a smile. It is an Italian story of creativity, art and relationships.
24BOTTLES MILAN FLAGSHIP STORE
The illustrator Francesco Caporale drew the line linking all the story's chapters on the walls of the 24Bottles Milan Store. His doodles narrate of 24Bottles, from its origins in Bologna – impossible not to notice the recurring "tortellino".
The path paved the road that led the brand to be the leader in the Italian market, then recognized worldwide, sharing values and interests with a Community that grows more numerous and diverse every day.

HOW DO YOU FILL?
We design our products keeping in mind our Community's different and specific needs. Both our Flagship Stores feature two fundamental spaces.A fun and useful personalisation corner (we call it "The way you make me fill" wall) helps you create your own 24Bottles. You can customise it with colourful and functional accessories, perfect for your lifestyle.
The icing on the cake? You can also fill your bottle at the free Water Station while shopping responsibly.
SUSTAINABLE STORES: DESIGN FOR HUMANS
Our "people first" policy continues even after the designing stage. Our core values come to life in the 24Bottles Stores, too. The set-up was designed according to the concepts of circular economy and sustainability.
Furnishings and layouts have been re-proposed with a low-impact artistic intervention, and waste materials have been reduced to the essentials or reused for other purposes.
