WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN URBAN AND CLIMA BOTTLE?
Urban Bottle is the most lightweight stainless steel bottle on the market. It can follow you to the office, at the gym, in your everyday movements, ensuring your hydration.
Clima Bottle is the ultimate synthesis of compact design and thermal resistance. Completely plastic-free, Clima Bottle is a watertight stainless steel bottle. It keeps drinks hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours.
All our reusable bottles stand out for their original Italian design and are zero-emission.
WHAT DOES -0.08 MEAN?
0.08 kg indicates the amount of CO2 emitted in the production of one single disposable 500ml plastic bottle.
We printed -0.08 on our 500ml Urban Bottle to remind you that every time you choose to refill your reusable bottle - instead of buying a plastic one - you avoid releasing 0.08 kg of CO2 eq into the atmosphere.

ARE 24BOTTLES SUITABLE FOR ALL DRINKS?
Sure! Unlike aluminium and plastic bottles, the stainless steel we use to produce our reusable bottles is naturally uncoated and is ideal for carrying all kinds of liquids. Aluminium is not suitable for contact with food and beverages (especially hot and acidic ones), as it is highly toxic.
Our bottles are made of 100% high quality 18/8 stainless steel and are BPA-free, BPS-fre, PES-free and PFAS-free. Both our Urban Bottle and Clima Bottle (as well as Infuser Bottle) can naturally contain any drink, hot or cold, acidic or carbonated, again and again, without imparting or retaining any taste or releasing harmful substances.
Please note that Urban Bottle is a single-walled, non-insulated bottle, so it is likely to create condensation if filled with cold drinks. It is also not recommended for hot liquids, as you may burn yourself when handling it.

24Bottles promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable. Please note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the product. Worn parts, dents, scratches, and chipped paint are not grounds for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they result from normal use of the product. Intentional damage and improper use of the product may void the warranty.
Only uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher safe.

Improper use of the product
Unauthorized modifications to the product
Wear resulting from normal use
Accidental damages, such as those resulting from impacts or falls
Cleaning your 24Bottles products is easy. We recommend rinsing them with hot water after each use, especially if used to store a liquid other than water. We also suggest regular washing: good maintenance of your 24Bottles will ensure that you can use your product for many years.
You can simply use warm water and neutral soap, or a mixture of warm water and vinegar or a teaspoon of baking soda for a more natural alternative; in fact, when used separately, they are an excellent cleaning solution and definitely more natural than dish soap.
Once washed, leave always the bottle to dry upside down and without the lid.
