HOW CAN I CLEAN MY WATER BOTTLE?

Cleaning your 24Bottles products is easy. We recommend rinsing them with hot water after each use, especially if used to store a liquid other than water.

We also suggest regular washing: good maintenance of your 24Bottles will ensure that you can use your product for many years.

You can simply use warm water and neutral soap, or a mixture of warm water and vinegar or a teaspoon of baking soda for a more natural alternative; in fact, when used separately, they are an excellent cleaning solution and definitely more natural than dish soap.

Once washed, always leave the bottle to dry upside down and without the lid.

Small spots can appear inside your bottle as a result of continuous use, especially with coffee or black tea, but don’t worry: this won’t change the safety and durability of your 24Bottles.

CAN I PUT 24BOTTLES IN THE FREEZER OR REFRIGERATOR?

You can place your Urban Bottle in the freezer for a short time, but keep in mind that liquids may freeze and expand, damaging the bottle.
Your Urban Bottle can be safely stored in the refrigerator.

However, Clima Bottle and Travel Tumbler should never be frozen, as this may damage the bottle and its heat capacity.

I AM A CUSTOMER. HOW I CAN PERSONALISE MY 24BOTTLES?

Our products can be personalised with up to 10 alphanumeric characters and some symbols (including spaces).

Just a selection of products is available for laser engrave. If the personalisation is enabled, in the product page you'll find a special field to enter your text.

No more paint will be added: your text will be laser engraved on the product of your choice. 24Bottles dissociates itself from all forms of racism, xenophobia, sexism and religious intolerance. Therefore, we refuse to produce a text that violates our ethical standards.

The cost of the service is 6 EUR / £6 for each product.

N.B. Our general Warranty covers customized products, but they are not returnable or refundable. Customized products are a permanent sale.
