Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days from delivery.

This extended return period is offered voluntarily and does not affect your statutory 14-day withdrawal right under applicable consumer protection law.

How to request a return

To start a return, please follow the instructions available in the Returns section of our website. Providing complete and accurate information will help us process your request smoothly.

Return conditions

Products must:

  • be unused and unwashed
  • not be customised or personalised
  • be returned in their original packaging with all accessories

Because our products are designed for contact with food and beverages, we may request photographs of the internal condition of bottles or containers before approving a return.

We do not offer product exchanges within the standard return process. However, this does not affect your rights under our legal or commercial warranty, which may provide replacement in the case of defective products.

Refused shipments and unpaid customs charges

If import duties or taxes are refused or not paid and the parcel is returned or abandoned by the carrier or customs authorities, 24Bottles reserves the right to issue a partial refund excluding:

  • the original shipping costs (even if initially offered free of charge)
  • any customs duties, clearance fees or additional logistics costs incurred

Return shipping

Free return shipping may be available in selected countries and under specific conditions.

Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations and operational constraints, we cannot guarantee free returns worldwide.

  • Where free return shipping is available, we will provide a return label and detailed instructions.
  • Where free return shipping is not available, the return shipment must be arranged at your own expense.

For returns shipped from countries outside the European Union or from remote areas, parcels must be sent free of customs duties, taxes or import charges for the recipient.

If customs duties, taxes or clearance fees are applied to the return shipment, the parcel may be refused or the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.
